For coaches & course creators
Your courses live on somebody else's platform. Their brand sits above your name, they hold the customer list, and they take a slice of every sale — for as long as you keep selling. Pulse Store is the same shop and member area but on your own domain and you pay once.
The admin you get, with sample data. Your branding, your products, your domain.
The real cost
It is the fastest way to start, and for a first sale it is the right choice. The trouble begins once it is working.
The maths, with real numbers
No invented figures. These are the published rates as at November 2026 — check them yourself, both are public.
Marketplace column: Selar's published Naira rate of 4% + ₦50 a sale. Own-shop column: Paystack's published Nigerian rate of 1.5% + ₦100, where the ₦100 is waived below ₦2,500 and the total is capped at ₦2,000 — which is why a ₦200,000 sale costs the same as a ₦134,000 one. On your own shop there is no platform commission at all; you pay your payment gateway and nothing else.
Where this argument gets weaker, honestly: if you sell mostly cheap items — say ₦5,000 and under — the gap narrows to around ₦15,000 a month at that same turnover, and the build takes closer to two years to pay back on fees alone. If that is you, buy this for the member area, the follow-up emails and the referral programme, not for the fee saving. Those are the things that raise what you earn rather than trimming what you spend.
What you get
Not a website with a buy button. The whole path from a stranger arriving to a member logging in six months later.
Products, cart, Paystack checkout in Naira. Payment is verified twice — in the browser and again by a signed message from Paystack — so a buyer who closes the tab still gets what they paid for.
No download links. Paying creates an account and the purchase appears in their library, where it stays. Files are served only to the person who owns them, and never sit in a public folder.
One-time links to set a password, single use, time limited. The commonest support message in this business — "I cannot get in" — mostly stops happening.
A library of extras. Free ones for everybody, VIP ones unlocked by owning the right product — and non-members see the locked ones, which is its own quiet sales pitch.
A feed only buyers can post in. Text and one picture, no links — because a members' feed that allows links becomes a place to dump other people's offers.
Your buyers get a referral link and a commission you set. Credit is written onto the order, so it cannot be claimed twice, and you approve every payout by hand.
A short scorecard that tells a visitor something true about themselves and asks for an email at the end — not the start. People who have spent two minutes answering hand over an address far more readily.
A sequence that goes out over the week after someone joins your list, written in your voice and editable by you. Nobody can be sent the same email twice, and one switch stops the lot.
A guided helper that reads the member's own orders and repairs the two faults that actually happen — paid but missing, and payment unconfirmed — before it ever reaches you.
Products, orders, customers, leads, testimonials, announcements, payouts and a diagnostics page that answers support questions from data instead of guesswork.
Members can add your shop to their home screen and it opens like an app. No app store, no review, no second build.
Plain PHP and MySQL on ordinary cPanel hosting. No frameworks to go stale, nothing to renew, and any Nigerian developer can pick it up.
Not a prototype
Pulse Store is not a demo built for this page. It is the platform behind Truepulse's own shop, which has been selling since January 2026.
How it works
Packages
You buy the build. You pay for your hosting and domain name, if you don't already have one. Anything that carries a running cost is quoted separately so you can decide if it is worth it.
Sell properly, from your own domain.
one payment
The shop, plus the machinery that fills it.
one payment
You hand us the content and walk away.
one payment, quoted after we talk

Before you buy
You will find this out eventually. Better now, from us, than in month two.
Questions
You do. Payments go into your own Paystack account on your own keys and settle to your own bank. We never hold, route or touch your customers' money, and we have no access to your payout settings.
Nothing happens. The platform is installed on your hosting, under your domain, with your database. It keeps running whether or not we are still speaking. That is the whole point of paying once.
Yes, if you can export them. We import your customer list and mark what each person already owns, so a buyer from your old platform signs in and finds their purchase waiting. Bring a CSV and we will tell you honestly how much of it is usable.
Starter, a few days once your hosting is ready. Growth, about a week. Done for you, two to three weeks, and most of that is waiting for your content rather than our work.
No. You will need to buy hosting and a domain, which we will walk you through, and you will need a Paystack account, which takes a day. After handover everything you touch is in the admin panel.
Yes. Your colours, your logo, your domain, your name in every email that goes out. Nothing on the customer-facing side says Truepulse unless you want it to.
Tell us before you buy. Some things are quick, some are genuinely new work with a price attached, and some we will decline because they would make the platform worse for everyone else. You will get a straight answer either way.
Because a subscription makes us your landlord, which is the thing this page is arguing against. It also means we would owe you uptime forever, and we would rather be judged on a build we hand over properly than on a server we are babysitting.
Your files sit outside the public web folder and are served only after checking who is asking. Passwords are never stored in a readable form, sign-in links expire and work once, and the admin keeps a trail of what happened. It is your server, so you can audit any of this yourself.
Ten founding places
No payment to reserve. Fifteen minutes on a call, and you will know whether this is right for you — including if the answer is no.
